Wow. This is still an issue after 2 years. Just happened to me on the new premium expansion map. Selling chainsaw instantly cleared the blurry screen.

Having the same issue. Worked fine last. Isn’t. Ow freezing at 50%. This last week the game would also crash completely on every other load up but work fine when you reload.
Hope we get an update or some bug fixes.
