Re: New crops at some point?

How about peas as a new crop. They would fit in with the new cover crop for fertiliser scheme currently being absorbed by us players. As field peas provide organic matter and nitrogen to the soil IRL, plus unlike the current raddish crop (in game) you would also get the benefit of combining the pea ...

Re: Favourite tractor on console.

The Massy 7700 is a stalwart of a tractor in farming simulator 17, it just feels right and does all the mid range jobs with ease. Kind of reminds of the John Deere 7000r series (I think) mod from FS13. I used that all track version every single time I played!! But I've grown to like the NH T7 blue p...

Re: fair well and adieu you fair spanish ladies....

Sounds like you're doing a good job there! Thanks for the link too, interesting to hear what you're doing. The men with knowledge did say that the licence came at a price and once he started adding what was needed it sounded like I was going to be sprinkling glitter on to dog s**t. I've had a look a...

Re: fair well and adieu you fair spanish ladies....

I do agree with that M&M XP was solid I never had any trouble with it. Well the men with knowledge said they could rebuild it, but by the time they have made to the requirements of what I required (The fs15 requirements) they said you might as well buy a new tower, have all the latest gubbins an...

Re: fair well and adieu you fair spanish ladies....

Whilst I was rummaging around in the loft at the weekend and I came across a box labeled up "PC" Inside my old packard bell. It runs XP though and but has the required ghz and RAM so I'm taking it to the local men who have knowledge and they are going to see what they can do. Maybe I'll ha...

fair well and adieu you fair spanish ladies....

hello... alas the time has come fs13 is on the cusp fading into the harvest horizon, placed in the nettles like the old faithfull springtine harrows and traded in like the work horse JD 6910. and with this highly anticipated new direction in all facets, gameplay, graphics, machinery etc etc the inev...

Or failing that go to controls and assign yourself some new buttons.
I'm useless with the mouse/touch pad for any loader work. So I used left shift with a number if keys to make my life easier.

Re: Getting started at Westbridge Hills

Of coarse this is entirely your game and you play it how it how you like, but I agree a strategy of some sort is valuable as it'll give you a direction so you won't just play aimlessly. Personally I sell everything except a tractor fertiliser spreader and a combine. I turn missions off as I find the...

The Brantner DPW 18000 in the mod hub on the fs13 homepage has been updated, it now has a attatch/detatch pallets option and it works really well!

Re: farming simulator 15

How quickly things have moved on, the forestmod. Must admit at first use it's quite impressive, quite a nice little taster for fs15 you would like to think. Thing that impressed me the most was how well it seems to fit into the rest of the every day farming duties, which has squashed my original tho...

Re: farming simulator 15

I agree nickle, I'd of liked to of seen cotton and sunflowers given a huge push. But I guess as so many maps have these other fruits plus the multi fruit mods it may of been left alone. Even still it would of earned more strips for doing so. I'm sure in Scandinavia logging is a huge enterprise, as t...
