I can't help you there, since I use a Front Loader attached to a tractor instead of a telehandler for bales and pallets, but I think the key mapping in controls can be set up how you like it.

I use a wired xbox controller with no problems at all. It makes dealing with bales and pallets much easier

The Claas 600TT combine is a very nice harvester, and the bale trailer that auto loads and locks bales and wool pallets. I still load it using a front loader but it helps me neaten up my load and lock it down for transport.
