Re: DLC - Is this a joke?
The Anderson WB-55 looks interesting - a mulcher in front and a baler behind - that mulches bushes and small trees in real life and turns them into round bales, several YouTube videos show it working. Forestry equipment.

Re: can we all stop complaining
I keep weeds turned on. My cultivator removes them, my seeder removes them, my weeder removes them, and herbicide removes them. Standard procedure is to spray with herbicide in the first growth stage after fertilization so they cannot appear when harvest time comes. Plus weeds can generate contracts.

Re: Splitting fields Marwell Manor
Very admirable and creative, you have more patience than I do. I kept the three fields and buildings with New Farmer, Normal difficulty, Slow growth, weeds on. All three have been plowed and the grass field turned into arable, the field on the left (15?) is growing its third crop. I have big equipme...

Re: Splitting fields Marwell Manor
Cool story bro, but that doesn't exactly line up with your comment: Very unfortunate news but not at all surprising given the lack of effort these days. If you were talking about people not wanting to start a new save, what exactly was the unfortunate news? Why don't you try to clarify your stateme...

Re: Increased animal revenue
I still want to own a big cow operation on Ravenport and track their entire income and cost, including the lost opportunity of letting them eat some of my produce instead of selling it, current crop selling price at the moment I fill their food troughs, equipment purchase and maintenance costs devot...

Re: Increased animal revenue
Marwell Manor and the Ireland map have outstanding animal areas already set up as an option when starting the game, and I suspect other map designers are doing the same. The Giants’ maps might be the only ones without, we’ll see. I much prefer MM’s animal pens to Giants’ efforts, and I can play on a...

Re: Does any one no what unit of measurement the game goes by is it bushel, liter pound ect.
A barley price of 1324 is $1.324 per liter (pound, euro). If you sell 10,000 liters of barley at that price you’ll receive $13,240. A straw price of 60 is 6 cents per liter, or $240 for a 4,000 liter bale.

Re: Marwell Manor field missions..
I’ve heard that happens occasionally- 100% harvested and still short - but not yet to me. I’m all “contract baled out” after doing many on Ravenport, but it’s true, there’s also that contract on MM. I did 50 transport contracts on Ravenport, and that’s enough as well.

Re: FS19 Disappointing
I have over 4,000 hours since FS13, including 500+ in FS19. Yes, there are some things I miss from FS17, some particular mods in mind that didn’t appear until the second year, but there are other things in 19 that are superior, especially the contract system. 95% of our time with FS is spent plowing...

Re: Marwell Manor field missions..
Fields 1, 2 and 3 seem to be it for contracts, about 40 hours played on MM. Several people have asked for more contracts, but they’re not yet in his to-do list of fixes, hopefully some day.

I forgot the option to turn animal cleaning off was a FS17 mod not in 19 (yet). I haven’t had any 19 animals.

Re: Increased animal revenue
Yeah Seedy people calculate on what it all cost for a few of them and then they figure that it is a waste of time and effort. Forgetting that the more you have the faster the reproduce. And having horses don't really take up much time out of the day. 10 Horses take 50 minutes but you don't have to ...

Re: Cleaning animals on fs19
I often think that if people who argue on the internet about what originally were the most innocent topics could meet each other, these arguments would never begin. Humans face to face communicate in several ways, not only with words, and to reduce the communication to only words without tone of voi...
