I am using the big farm v1.2 multifruit version and so far no problems with couseplay and saving courses( using the latest version on github) i have not yet put a green house on the map i dont have liquid poo yet and yes sometimes the game crashes to desktop it depends where you are on the map maybe...

i followed your advice and updated all my drivers and just to be sure ive added 10 gb ram @1600MHz thats the maximum of 16 gb my laptop can handle
and now everything works fine even with the mods i have installed

Your hardware is pretty weak. You maybe notice framerate issues when playing with mods or having a big vehicle fleet, but not that weak as that it should/could crash immediately. Right now I can think of just two possibilities: 1. Your drivers (especially GPU and chipset drivers) aren't up-to-date....
