I'm not sure this question was answered correctly. To get snow with the seasons mod, you would need to have a GEO from a region that gets snow. A map does not have it's own seasons GEO installed. They need to be added separately.

Harvesting contracts seem to be broken since the PF DLC. Many people are reporting this same issue. Hopefully Giants is working on a fix!

I would suggest checking out YouTube. Watch how a few different people do it and you will get a better feel for how you may want to run your farm.

Is it difficult to make my own GEO to match what I'm looking for? Is it as simple as opening an existing geo and changing some numbers around?

I downloaded this map as a change of pace and to do some sugar cane. Problem is, I can't find a Seasons Geo that works with it. I know in FS17 we had a Paraguay Geo that worked but I can't find a 19 version

I can't believe after all these years the only weather related effect Giants has actually implemented is that you can't harvest when it's raining.

Weather and climate are possibly the most important variable in farming and have been completely ignored in every version of this game.

For us console players who can't use Giants Editor, you can cheat a bunch of money in the game fairly quickly and use it to edit the map to your liking.
only downfall is once you get it where you want it, you can't keep it to use with multiple game saves.
