I just received my copy of FS 2013, and intended to install in on my HP mini with Windows 7 starter for my son. I can't get Stream to let me install it, something about streamconfig servers not working.
Is there a way to install it without stream?

You have the Steam version of the game, certainly the North American version.
Steam is required to install and run the game.
If Steam is installed, please run it.
Once connected to your Steam user account, click Games (upper left) then 'Activate a Product on Steam' and enter your game key.
The game will be installed under Library.
