Hosting issue

Got some strange issue.
When i host a multiplayer game, my friend cant see my server in server list. When he hosts the server, same issue. Tryed w/o mods, Hagenstadt.
But both of us can join to an existing server with mods...
Steam version 2.1.0.2.
Router: Cisco EP3925, win 7 x64 sp1 firewall off, port (10823) forwarded, upnp off. Using lan dhcp (isn't possible change to static). Tried with DMZ on with no effect.
Any solution?

There can be thousands of games on line at any one time but the server only gives you a selection of those to choose from. Have you tried using the filter to narrow down the selection? Try giving your game an unusual name and add something like "aaa" or "111" to the beginning to bring your game up the alphabetical list. (I'm not sure if the last bit will work for FS as I've only played MP with my husband and son but I know it works for the other games I play.)
