I've asked this question before but didn't get an answer, I'd love to play the game. But it just won't launch.
Is there a solution to this problem or can I talk to someone who is a legit Giant employee who knows every error wich is in this game and how to solve this. I have already send an e-mail to customer support about two weeks ago, but I didn't get a RE. If anybody has got a clue of what I have to do to launch the game succesfully, then please inform me and explain to me what I have to do.

We can only help you, when you give us more information about your Installationprozess you have made before.
What is the PC Type? Which Windows, every Updates for Windows?
What is the GraficsAdapter Intel, AMD, Nvidia? Number of Type and Version of Driver?
What is the Type you have bought from FS 2013? Downloadversion, DVD or Steam?
When you start the Install Prozess, you may be as Administrator at Windows?
Install only in Standard Path which will FS13 you give.
When you install you have some Programms like Antivirus aktive?
What other Programs runs at same time when you install? Please close all other Programms befor you start the Installprozess.
Can you make some Sreenshots from Installprozess, so we can see what you done?
When you have done it before, you have to delete the complete FS Path in My Documents/my Games/ than Restart the PC
We can only help when we know what is wrong. Most People only start from DVD menü, klick on Install and wait a Moment. Than they can give the Key in Window and play the Game...

Windows version: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 all up to date
GraficsAdapter: AMD
Driver: AMD 14.10.1006-140417a-171099C
Game Type: Steam
Admin?: Yes, Single user.
Active programs during installation: McAfee Antivirus and Steam (but that's obvious)
Summary of things that happen:
I click "install game" in steam, I wait for the installation to be all done.
I try to start the game; it says the game is being launched, the blue box in wich my steam avatar sits goes green and almost immediatly it turns blue again and my PC acts like nothing ever happened.
