Game Not Launching

Has anyone else had the following error on launch "The application was unable to start correctly (oxc0000006).
I have re-installed the game and ensured all my drivers are up to date.

The demo runs fine

I'm using:
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit Service Pack 1
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) 9600B Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB
