Game at Gamersgate TE and OE2

Hi,
I want to buy the game on Gamersgate, since is on sale, but I'm not sure about a couple of things, and I wonder if someone here has some experience with that site.
First, is the Titanium edition and the Official expansion 2 from that site "Updatable" with new patches?
Both TE and Official Exp. 2 from that site are compatible?

The Game at Gamersgame is only functional with a Account on STEAM.

in Description of the Game is this at right Side:
