New player wierd question-damage car

Okay, I ran into a clothes line in the dark and turned the tractor over... i could reset that and the repair car evidently repaired it... but the repair car says "you need to repair the vehicle before using again"... what? How do you repair the repair car??

With another repair car, I guess. Or in the garage, if you manage to get the repair care over there.
