Install problems

I installed Farming Simulator 13 on a new PC with Windows 8.1 , I get the following message when I try to activate it. your license has expired , what can I do

Give the following informations:
Which Game/DLC ( Version )
Productkey
Where did you buy it (online or shop)
Proof of payment: if you bought online proof of payment (e. g. Paypal) and mail address where the product key was sent to; if you bought in a shop copy of sales slip.
Normally you will get help within a couple of hours but could be later.

Don't post any of these informations here in the forum!

I have a problem installing
Landwirtschafts Simulator 2013 on windows XP.

I got the game at gamescom 2015.

I get the following message :
This version needs the game version 2.0 or higher.
Download update now ?

What do I do ?

I would really like to play the game, but :

I tried the following :

Installing update 2.1 : I got the message :

--- Farming simulator 2013 (English) is not installed ---

Installing update 1.05 : I got the message :

--- This version needs the game version 2.0 or higher. Download update now ? ---

What do I try next ?

If you have the Game as DVD installed on PC you dont change the Installationfolder.
Than start the Game and type in the Key.
Now play araound 2 Minutes, save the Game and Close.

Restart the PC
load the Patch 2.2 from Patch site of Giants http://www.farming-simulator.com/update ... ignIndex=0
Only the last one is need. After Installing never go to a patch before.

Read the Description for the Right patch, for the Game of 2013, not 2015 or other DLCs.

When install the Patch use the same Language as in System of Windows is.
Windows in English, Game in english and Patch in English.

I have a DVD with Landwirtschafts Simulator. My windows XP is Dutch.
When I try to install the DVD.

(The DVD says : Erweitert den Landwirstschafts-Simulator 2013 zur Titanium Edition,
my son thought he got the game, but looks like it's an extension ......)

I get the message :

This version needs the game version 2.0 or higher.
Download update now ?

What do I do ?
