Product key

I have lost my product regesteration for fs 13 titanium. How do i get one so i can put it back on computer. I had a issue and had to wipe computer. Thank you for your help

Welcome, I think your only chance is to send an e-mail to "customer-support@giants-software.com", describing your problem and give the following informations (as far as possible):
Which Game/DLC (DVD/Download)
Productkey
Where did you buy it (online or shop)
Proof of payment: if you bought online proof of payment (e. g. Paypal) and mail address where the product key was sent to; if you bought in a shop copy of sales slip.
Normally you will get help within a couple of hours.
