Can't find my product key!!

I was trying to start FS13 and it told me to enter my product key, but I do not know it. I ordered the game on the website, not in a box. Can anyone help me locate it?

Welcome to the forum. If you bought your game directly at the Giants website you should have received an e-mail containing the download link and the product key. If you lost this mail you can send an e-mail to "customer-support@giants-software.com", describing your problem and give the following informations (as far as possible):
Which Game/DLC (DVD/Download)
Productkey
Where did you buy it (online or shop)
Proof of payment: if you bought online proof of payment (e. g. Paypal) and mail address where the product key was sent to; if you bought in a shop copy of sales slip.
