Giants engine 6.0.2 has stopped working

Purchased farm simulator 2015 for my son to play on our toshiba laptop and i have installed it but i cant get it to run it keeps saying Giants Engine 6.0.2 engine has stopped working what do i need to do to get it working so he can play.
