[SOLVED] Helpers not working the fields (PS4)

I had this issue today on the PS4 where a AI helper wouldn't actually work the field. Everytime I hit circle it says "Helper _ Has completed their task" the problem is that the field still has crop that's ready to harvest on it the full field needs to be harvested. It's like the program that allows the AI helpers to detect if a field needs to be tended to stopped working. I also grabbed a tractor and I attached a cultivator to it to see if it was a harvester problem only but same thing happened with the cultivator.
[Equipment I was using]
For the harvester, I was using the (Case) 1660 Axial-Flow (had 209 liters of fuel) with the power stream 700 header
For the tractor and cultivator, I was using the Valtra N Series(had 236 liters of fuel) with the Horsch Terrano 4 FX and I was using the silberhorn-maschinen 3000KG Back weight (Mod)
For the crop, Field, and map, I was trying to harvest soybeans on field 15 on Goldcrest Valley
I have reloaded the game as well and it hasn't fixed my issue

Try starting the field off manually let it run for big part of the first line then release the ai. Also make sure the ai is running st a correct angle. It might be trying a short line that would register as complete instantly as it can't go anywhere. I generally use the rows in the dirt as the guidelines for the ai. If it is running diagonal in a field then quite a bit of manual working is needed both with harvest and seeding
