[SOLVED] Ground Modification Mod Trobles

I downloaded the ground modification mod and I activated it but it wont show up in the store, I want to know how to fix this!?!?!?

I haven't used the mod, but I saw a video of it and it gave me the impression that it doesn't add a new roller, just adds new functions to the existing roller that is built into the game for "restoring fields" and lets you change the ground textures, single player only.
