Solved the issue of not loading and out of memory, It's a really easy fix, just lower the graphics to medium and it loads every time, if that doesn't work for you lower to low and see if that helps.

I've been able to solve this by changing my DirectX version from 12 to 11. This can be achieved by going to your game.xml (found in your FarmingSimulator2022 directory, the same as where the mods map is found). Change D3D_12 to D3D_11.
