Snow in June(Alma)?

Hey all, I’m 120hrs into a play through on the Alma Missouri map(1.0.0.3) PS5, the month is currently May and there’s still a significant amount of snow on the ground. Some did melt in the month of April, however most of the map is still covered, I supposed to be planting! Grrr
I have fast forwarded or slept into the month of July and same issue. I’ve played though four in game years, seasonal growth on, 3 days per month at 3-5x speed, snow on, and fixed visual month off. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this problem.
I uninstalled and redownloaded the map and same issue exists. Is my save a bust???
