Big Bag Textures not loading

When buying big bags the texture does not load in, other textures such as pallets bales load in fine just not the bug bag textures, it is effects all big bags not just specific ones. Happen on any map (modded or base game), happens with or without mods. On steam, verified game files and didn't fix the issue

If it’s only big bags I would guess it’s a mod conflict. I’d start with big bag mods
