Problem with Product key

Today i reinstall window8 and now farming-simulator 2015 problems, then press to start fs game please Product key i write and i get error like

"Product Activation Failed. Online Activation limit exceeded"

some can help ? how to fix it? please help !

Give the following informations:
Which Game/DLC ( Version )
Productkey
Where did you buy it (online or shop)
Proof of payment: if you bought online proof of payment (e. g. Paypal) and mail address where the product key was sent to; if you bought in a shop copy of sales slip.
Normally you will get help within a couple of hours.

Doubles check the numbers , make sure you put in exactly what you see , try it without the apostrofys , some don't recognise them , some want them in.
