So each console to them selves?

There I'm not totally sure, PC players can play with Mac users, but can't play with console players, that's all i know.

PC to PC, Mac to Mac, PC to Mac... Consoles are with themselves sadly, PS4 to PS4, Xbox to Xbox, not sure if PS4 and Xbox can play together?

But is that Farming Simulator? War Thunder is not relevant to FS.

I'd assume that the answer is no. There are a very few select games that can be played cross platform ps to pc or Xbox to pc. And as far as I know. Sony and Microsoft don't ever mix. I think only a handful of games have made this possible. I'm sure if Giants had plans to make fs17 cross platform we would have heard something about it. Oh it can be done. But pretty sure this isn't even on their radar

On PS3, we played this game called Dust514, another game was on pc called eve, they merged together. But no its just ps to ps, xbox to xbox and so on.

It is unfortunate. The likelihood of Sony and Microsoft ever seeing eye to eye to the benefit of console gamers to allow easy cross-console gaming is VERY low.
