Dedicated Server Game Not Activated

Now my dedicated server will start, then stop after about 2 seconds. I'm getting the following errors:

Just as a FYI, I had the steam version on my dedicated box, then I removed it to download the copy from GIANTS. Then uninstalled the steam version. I own two copies of the game. I also have the disc "mounted" in windows 10.

Still no changes... I own two copies of the game and I cannot figure out why this is an issue...
