Fs22 vehicle Sound

When adjusting vehicle sound setting to10% the volume is silent when moving,if you stop the vehicle and let it idle you can hear the engine noise but when moving the enhine sound goes away.
This was on the elmcreek map using a ingame tractor, Cant remember what modle but it was a John Deer
