Baler with silage additive

Hello guys,

I have a Krone baler. I tried to adding the silage additive feature, but i can't get it to work.
When i buy the baler, the silage additive icon is visible. When nearby the pallet, it shows a refill line in the f1 menu.
But when i hit the R button, the fillbar is disappear and isn't loading any additive. Good someone help me?
