Emergency pack V1.0

In the last few hours I have been testing the mod Emergency pack V1.0 and when apears the missions i have one car accident on the top of a scale, have one fire pallet under of a unload trigger because have a hole, and have another car accident under water (the water on the map is water trigger, have warning on vehicle and the player float and swimming).
The question is this type of location shouldn't be detected and avoided by the mod so as not to be selected for missions?
For example create exceptions for triggers.
