Farm Production Pack won't download

I just purchased the Farm Production Pack from the PSN store and attempted to download the package. I keep getting a message, "Something went wrong" with an error code of CE-107880-4.

Every attempt to download results in the same error, but PSN shows the package purchased, but in game under downloadable content it shows not installed.
