Cool.
But, I love to tinker with bales. I guess I'm bale-biased then :)

Naah, no worries. Amazingly, FS13 is one of really few games where I can lay back and take my time. :hi:
A real stress-kill-pill

@Wizard: what kind of grass you put in that futterlager bin? Teddered or just 'wet' mowed grass?
I am playing on the Two Rivers map, and have the futterlager there too. Not as sexy-looking as yours, but it works. Never used it (bale user lol) but I just might start to. So I dont miss that part of game-fun, mind you.

The futterlager accepts both, "wet" and teddered grass. The L 500 can be unloaded directly into the futterlager as well as the silage bunker, but not into a feed trough.

So, that particular grass must go through the mixers, e.g. the trailer one or the steerable one, and then unloaded in the trough as mixed food?
I presume thw big 500 can be unloaded into the grass trough, but, if we are already making TMR, it is pointless to feed grass too?

Right, but the sheep need only grass.

Ah yes, the sheep. Honestly, I dont use sheep anymore. Somehow, it grew pretty annoyinng to babysit the wool 'spawning point' and tinker with the palettes. I mean, after a certain number of sheep (thousands) the frecking palette would fill up way too fast and demand too much work for the benefits it gives. I never had the feeling I was making big bucks with sheep, at least compared to milk business. Maybe I should look at it as a sort of penitence for making much money with milk. :hmm:
Or just lay back and stop looking at the game world through a dollar bill.

But yet you insist on baling   j/k
I no longer concern myself with profit/loss statistics, I play to relax and pass time away from everyday life.

Hehe yes, baler 4 life. Problem is, I feel 'guilty' when I see my wool stack is at 100% and I am not in the mood to go 'down there' and remove the wool pallet from its concrete slab :D
