Expert Difficulty - Too Easy?

Is it just me or is expert difficulty not really challenging. Crop/milk prices seem to be similar to playing on easy. What exactly is the difference between expert and easy difficulties?

The Prices are very much lower on Expert compared to Beginner: If you start a new game on Beginner, the average Milk price is around 5000 if you quit and start a new game on Expert and check you should see an average of 3500 so yeah, its alot harder to make money. Additionally on Expert you do not have any grain in your silos to start, whereas on Beginner you get 20'000 of all regular fruit types in your silos, giving you a considerable headstart in comparison

After playing for a bit on expert and easy, expert seems to me more like a medium difficulty when compared to easy. It currently leaves me wanting more of a challenge. And I am completely new to this game.
