in multiplayer I used to have many player but now only a few

my brother and I been playing together in multiplayer, but now I don't even see him in the multi player list anymore. And I only have about 10 Multi players in my list. What happened that make the change. Any body have that problem?

Have you made any changes in the Filter settings in the game? Also, which version of the game are you using?

Version 2013 tried leaving filter blank..still only 2:or 3 players showing..when I first purchased the game I had hundreds showing

I was away from home for a while and used a different internet provider while using multiplayer. It was a DSL connection instead of my regular Comcast cable connection. That is when the problem occurred.
Does anyone know how to contact the company for help with this problem?
