Westbridge Hills Map won't load

I purchased the Farm. Simulator 2013 - Titanium Add-on and have been able to download everything but the Westbridge Hills map. When I click on the download button a new tab opens and the loading icon appears in the lower left corner of the page but nothing ever happens - it's just a white screen. Any help to get this downloaded is appreciated.
