I need help with my brother's DLC

Could someone please help me! my brother bought the Ursus DLC off of Farmingsimulator.com around Christmas. They have taken the money out of our bank account but haven't sent the email they were suppose to so he can use it. i tried contacting tech support but when ever i click on the link it just gives me a new tab. What do i need to do so my brother can play his DLC. He spent $15 on it and if he can't get it he would at least like his money back.

Did you check the Spam Folder in the eMailaccount?

Welcome to the forum.
Check your mail account for mail from "GIANTS Software -> customer-support@giants-software.com". Also check your spam folders. If there isn't any mail with your product key, I recommend to send an e-mail to "customer-support@giants-software.com", describing your problem and give the following informations (as far as possible):
Which Game/DLC (DVD/Download)
Productkey
Where did you buy it (online or shop)
Proof of payment: if you bought online proof of payment (e. g. Paypal) and mail address where the product key was (in your case should be) sent to; if you bought in a shop copy of sales slip.

Don't post any of these informations here in the forum!
