FS 2013 Add on pack

hi all

I have the fs 2013 add on pack. Due to having some problems with laptop i have had to take the game out and reinstall it. I am getting a message saying i have tried to re activate to many time via internet. I have loaded the game via the normal way via laptop,


Is there any reason why i am getting this message

Send an e-mail to "customer-support@giants-software.com", describing your problem and give the following informations (as far as possible):
Which Game/DLC (DVD/Download)
Productkey
Where did you buy it (online or shop)
Proof of payment: if you bought online proof of payment (e. g. Paypal) and mail address where the product key was (in your case should be) sent to; if you bought in a shop copy of sales slip.

Don't post any of these informations here in the forum!
