turn on cars

A while ago I found a post that told me how to turn off the cars that drive around in my game, which I did. My problem is I want to turn them back on now, but I don't know how! Can anyone help me?

I found it! You have to go into the game file, then "game settings", then find "traffic density" and put a number in the quotation marks.
