I have the same problem , I search on the internet for a solution and I don't found one I come here for this problem , if you solved the problem please reply with the solution .

you need a better grafics.
256MB on Graficsadapter is to low.
Driverdate is from 2006, thats much to old, please update your Display and Graficsadapterdriver.
With Luck you can play the Game, otherwise the PC is to weak for the Game.
Sorry, but no other solution.
