PC- looking at starting a server

I'm looking at starting a dedicated server on the pv map, before I do I would like to get a team of 3/4 players to discus extra mods ect and to be ready for the start.

I was about to create a very similar post as I am currently looking at joining or creating a Dedicated Multiplayer (only problem is I am a complete novice at this game, I have watched plenty of youtube videos, gone through all the Tutorials and played a few hours of the game, but am more interested in playing MP)

I live in the UK and will be able to give a few hours during evenings (and some time over most weekends), I am in my 40's and like you am after a more realism based gameplay (following roads, cleaning and putting equipment away after use and sowing, harvesting... correctly).
