I know how to edit the XML for the main game production placeables but the new Soup factory for example is missing. I read somewhere that its because its a paid DLC and the files are hidden. Is this the case?

Carpathian Countryside is an absolute masterpiece...the amount of well placed details on this map is insane. This is how maps should be created. I believe it was the creator's personal project that got released.
