Have you noticed the seeds and fertilizer count doesnt go down when you hire a worker. Yet it makes you pay for seeds and fertilizer while it's sowing. I noticed it while playing on my ps4 today

If your ps4 isn't downloading the game yet and psn is still showing so many hours. To download it go to the library then to purchased and then click on the game. There you'll be able to download the game and the pre order dlcs.
