Not really - it's written as '22 which the correct and common way of abbreviating a year (e.g., "Class of '19"), and the rest are written as seasons, all with '22 after them. It's quite obvious it means 2022.

Re: Fact Sheet Collection: Learn more about the machines & tools in Farming Simulator 22!
So we should disable this option for realistic filling. Are there any downsides to filling the trailer over the max weight? Is it more unstable? Do tires pop? Do we get any sort of suspension damage? Is cargo still fixed in the trailer so that we can flip it around and nothing comes out? Is it at l...

Re: FarmCon 21
Very impressed with what I've seen so far. I had expectations of small evolutions so I'm not at all disappointed - certainly enough that I'll pre-order over the coming days. I'm hoping to see two small-ish Quality-of-Life improvements in FS22 though - the "solid" radiator grilles all being...

You should be fine. The CPU may limit you from having all the view settings up in the 200-300% ranges, but otherwise all good. Matches my old rig that I only replaced earlier this year.

Re: Seasons and weeds...
My apologies, the guide in that case is incorrect and I ought to change it. Any field operations like seeding, or cultivating "replant" the weeds automagically by the game, so you do indeed need to spray just after seeding :( I assume that would only include field operations that change t...

Re: Seasons and weeds...
I think you need to put the herbicide down after you plant. Unfortunately, the guide says otherwise: "The preemptive effect means that players can spray their field even before seeding and before any weeds are visible to safeguard against weed related yield losses." ...but I'm not seeing ...

Seasons and weeds...
Hey all! I'll preempt the first response, and say I've already read the manual! So the manual says that the game mechanic "plants" weeds whenever a fields is harvested, and then it germinates based on soil temperature etc. - this is fine and makes sense. The manual also says that we can sp...

Re: Farming Simulator 2022 Announcement - Fan Thoughts
Visible damage for machines and implements by accidents or careless use is also one thing that needs to be implemented for me to buy it. Just to jump in on this, it's very likely Giants have no say on this matter. The manufacturers who license use of their vehicles often have strict terms of use - ...

Re: Release-Date and Trailer for Farming Simulator 22 - pre-order now!
Can I quickly pitch in the usual question of "Will this pre-order be available on Steam (and if so, when), and include the Claas pack as the bonus?"?

Well new crop types were certainly hinted which is great news. Looked like grapes but I guess olives could be done in a similar fashion?

Re: Seasons - Weed Intensity Setting
Worth noting too that the game engine "plants" weeds when a field changes to "harvested" state, so definitely would be more noticeable into Year 2 as you'll (probably) have harvested fields towards the end of Year 1. This means it's best to spray just after harvest, or just after...

Re: MOD Maps and 'Required' MODS
I do find it odd that the description of Untergriesbach and Geiselsberg by same modder both show in their description and changelogs that these maps are "Seasons Ready", "added MaizePlus support" etc, but then show that they are required . I'd agree it'd be nice if there could be...

Re: How many people that mocked you...
I've had a couple of little jibes from work mates but nothing ever even close to serious. Had a couple of (ex) girlfriends who have made some strong comments on it, but luckily my current girlfriend is very open minded and even asked me to get some pigs just because she loves them so much. I've also...
