Re: Modders, and lime

Kind of on topic here but On console if your looking for an auger(kinda) for lime you can download the lizard mks 33 by JCB modding from the mod hub. A tanker that transports lime and can fill equipment. Didn’t realize this until recently and it works well.

Re: AFS Connect Magnum hitch to low

I’m running the floater tires with the heavy weight on front while pulling 2 bull trailers. It was so bad with hitting the ground and turning me sideways that I had to switch tractors. With implements I have no issues.

Re: Season length poll

I can only do 3 days. Everything else just goes to slow for me. I enjoy harvesting crop way more than animals though.

Re: Seasons, no harvest contracts

If your playing 3 day seasons you can save and reload your game to get more contracts after a growth. I always plan my sessions around this. When I’m done I’ll quit right after a growth stage. When I come back there’s a lot more contracts. It works well for larger maps probably not so much for small...

Re: Mods In Testing - Fan Discussion

Oh My God, we've got the Case Ecolo-Til 2500 released today. An 8.5m wide in-line Plough. Yes! Only requires 342hp as well, which is very nice too. Been using the 6m Lizard one from Black Sheep Modding for ages, and always wished we could get some bigger in-line ploughs come to the game. Will defin...

Re: Stone Valley questions

While the map was based in central Illinois it looks like much of USA’s farmland. I’d imagine most U.S. geo’s would work well on this map imo

Re: Stone Valley questions

Wow! Rye seems to give you a lot of straw. For field 17 I received 206,356 liters of Rye and 276,638 liters of straw pellets. If straw pellets are compressed at 4 to 1 that’s over a million liters of straw. This is my 1st harvest of rye - haven’t done it on any other maps, but is that the norm?

Re: Mods In Testing - Fan Discussion

The description says 5 farms, but you could actually start on any of the areas dotted around the map. I count at least 7 or 8. My only very minor complaint of this map is not being able to place any of the custom buildings in the map. That’s very minor because I think this is the best American map n...

Re: Pellet prices after update

Yep the prices in my game went from $3800 on easy to $900. Apparently demand decreased 😁. The bad thing is I’m playing on Pacific Northwest and I can’t get any tippers to tip at the placeable sell point so I have to sell at the barn or agro plant.

Bigger unrealistic bucket for console

Hi all, 1st off I’m not a modder, and I know very little about it. I’m also very great full to all of you modders. My question is how come there are no big unrealistic buckets on console? I’m talking 15,000 to 20,000 liters. I love using the milling machine for speed, but would love to throw in the ...

Re: Season vs vanilla

I’ve been going back and forth with seasons. I love the seasonal change, and the more realistic approach. It does take some time to get through a year, and I get bored with it after a few years in. However, I just started with the simplified USA geo, and I’m really enjoying it. It’s basically the v...
