Just google "Stoll Log fork Duo FS19". It is unfortunately not available in the ingame mod-hub. It is a quickly changed mod from FS15/17 to work with 19 and it works good for us. (Dedi server - no problems so far)

We had the same issue. It feels really stupid using those Forks, as they won't grab stuff properly. Its like those damn Claw Crane games where you think you got the item but they would not even be able to grab a feather... Our solution for now is using the Mod "Stoll log fork duo" for fs19...

I guess you could better describe it as "rubberbanding". Would that fit your experience?
I also have rubberbanding whilst debranching a tree.

No, this is most likely a coding-Bug (going over Maximum value due to 125% sensitivity) But right now I can't recommend using anything higher than 125% anyway, as the maximum steering speed of the vehicles is way to low. Even at 100% you can turn your wheel faster, than the tractor will follow. @ 12...

When this happens again, maybe have a quick look if your keyboard key is stuck or something? (Tab to windows and open a notepad and see if there are any inputs)

This is intended as steering back speed does not actually work with the controller stick. Oh yes it did work. Yes there seems to be a maximum "steering speed" which is ridiculous.

For Steering wheels it makes absolutely NO sense at all..
