Oh, and you would probably only need Notepad++ for those mods. The motor is in the XML, not the i3d.

I doubt you could do something randomly every day. But, you could look at "Visibility Conditions" in GE Attributes tab, for changing the model at noon.

You could mod existing vehicles to electric fairly easily. Look at the Faresin teleLoader.

The Beet Ninja Trailer can definitely be considered a realistic machine, but I could not say if it has a real-life equivalent. My guess would be no.
