Don't see any farmers here using them they just disk the stalks a couple times in the fall after harvest. Corn is harvested in early to mid August here. I remember that map chedly and yes it did respawn all the trees after the updates.

My brother said he got about an extra 25 slots with the update. I didn't update mine as I don't want to have to re cut all the trees I already cut down again.
