Re: Cheapest wheel for FS?

I have a Stream Deck also, fantastic for mods like GPS and Follow Me that have multiple keys. Plus can create your own icons for each button. I have mapped the camera controls to the hat switch on my joystick, works great for me. The button where your thumb sits toggles in / out of cab view. The top...

Re: Updating PC Mods

Create multiples, I prefix with map name when not using like Greenwich_Mods LoneOak_Mods etc, then remove the prefix when playing that save. remembering to rename with the prefix when moving to another save game. I also have my mods folder(s) on a different drive to save space. You can have a single...

Fliegl SDS350J Low Loader Missing Straps

The Web Page Mod Hub shows an image of this trailer transporting straw bales that are strapped down. As discussed in the General Discussion forum, the XML has references to straps but they are not available in game. Can the straps be made available please or and explanation that the image was added ...

Fliegl SDS350J Low Loader

Nice trailer. On the web mod hub, the last picture shows this trailer with bales on and strapped down. Yet when I purchased one of these it does not have an option for straps? Am I missing something or should that image not have been uploaded giving a little false expectation. If it had bale straps ...

Re: To fertilize or not to fertilize (grass/hay fields)

MrSealyP did a grass vid on this.

From what I remember, the fertilising did make a difference whereas plowing and lime made such a small variation it was not worth it.

I do fert with what is available at the time.

Re: Mods In Testing - Fan Discussion

The in testing list has dwindled big time today. Negatively a lot of mods failed, positively a lot of mods have passed, or a mixture of both.

Re: Mod issue? Anyone seen this?

If this is hardware, there is a axis dead zone parameter in the options menu from the main loading screen.

I had to use this on my accelerator peddle until I could get around to stripping it apart and cleaning the inner components.

Re: Animal Query

Quick question off topic of the OP, but how long do cows usually graze for? Into autumn? I have 15 Holsteins and none are set to give birth for 7 months, didn’t want to start feeding them TMR until they are ready for milk. My sheep had steady "pasture" grass until day 4 or 5 of winter, playing 9 da...

Re: Added Realism For Vehicles v1.1

I am enjoying the new version so far, was not a fan of the emulated gearbox. I was slurry / cultivating (zunhammer / catros combo) and the engine was at full power but going slow. Zoomed in a little and one of the front wheels was tyre deep in the mud and spinning like mad; very cool! This was on a ...

Re: Greenwich valley by greenbale modding

I am really enjoying this map, the detail is excellent. The only thing, for me, that is spoiling it are the clouds. When it is overcast and/or raining, the cloud cover never extends to the horizon. It's like a big disc with a strip of blue sky all the way round. In winter (playing seasons) and the s...

Re: connecting a steering wheel

On the main screen under options there is also a controller screen to set dead zones etc. Does the wheel etc appear in there?

The only other thing that springs to mind is delete or move the inputbindings.xml so it refreshes it on starting the game.
