Actually that is not the case. That's what they are saying and telling you, but not what they are doing. I can give you two examples of people who got it that are NOT even bronze partners.

Yep I agree completely. I mean I know you aren't going to please everyone with the DLCs but this ridiculous.

Giants had no problem giving it away to every Twitch and YouTube streamer that has more than 2 followers.
