This error normally occurs when vehicle space at shop is full. Store areas have been filled to capacity and some need to be removed to allow room for others to be placed. I don't play FS 18 but in building maps I usually allow for 2 rows of vehicles to be placed.

Cheat some of each into your silos through developer console and give it a try. The global company menu you open at the flour production should tell what products it accepts.

Not sure you are going to find anything that tops the detail and quality of Shamrock.

It is set up fairly nice for multiplayer. I am on PC so can't speak to slot count. It is a really nice map for large equipment. Makes you miss Somethingonmyshoe2 and his maps with the layout
