There are a few visual settings tuned down, but not a lot. Slightly lower terrain LOD quality, lower bloom quality and lower volumetric lighting (fog) quality. Do you have an very high resolution or the resolution scaling / 3d resolution scaling settings cranked up?
If the actual render resolution is larger than 4096, the game on Windows currently crashes at around 100% loading.
We have a hotfix coming up to fix this.

Auflösungen höher als 4096px in eine Dimension (entweder direkt oder indirekt mit grösseren Werten beim Resolution Scaling oder 3D Resolution Scaling) crashen das Spiel auf Windows. Wir werden zeitnah einen Hotfix veröffentlichen der das Problem hebt.

Yes, the Steam Deck is an "open" system where you have access to all the files needed. Both the ingame MobHub as well as installing from 3rd party sites works.

Ground deformation is currently not visible for multiplayer clients (the physics is however simulated as in single player). We are still working on potentially supporting this for multiplayer clients in the future, however there is no fixed timeline yet.

This is a known issue and is something we are still working on improving. There are a few changes we want to make internally, but mostly this is VRAM issue that has to be fixed by the users by lowering their settings to avoid using too much vram. Not sure how reshader can be used to fix this. If any...

Wenn 8GB Vram verwendet werden, ist die Chance sehr hoch, dass Speicher zwischen dem normalen Ram und Vram herumgeschoben werden müssen, das extrem langsam ist. Nvidia based Macs are not affected since I'm not aware of any that is supported by FS25. Das Problem betrifft einige AMD GPUs auf Mac wegen eines Treiberbugs. Dieses wird mit einem Workaround mit dem nächsten Patch gefixt.

The game was never supposed to run with a GPU that does not support DirectX 12 (true DirectX12, not just DirectX12 with feature level 11). With 1.3. we changed our code not allow initializing feature level 11 GPUs anymore to avoid having any random crashes due to some features missing. We'll however...
