Can't you store loose material in any bunker? I thought with "unload here" you could tip whatever in a bunker and it would just pile up there. Maybe I'm misremembering.

Yep the number in the vehicle .xml is the operating time in seconds. So divide that number by 3600 to get the hours displayed on the in-game vehicle chronometer. Editing the value in the .xml and saving it will then show the modified hours when you next start the game. I fiddled with this in 17 tryi...
