Re: Added Realism For Vehicles v1.1

Equipment Shaking I love this mod but it's causing my smaller equipment to shake, even when they're not moving. The shaking doesn't happen as much when driving on hard surfaces like concrete or a road but on grass, dirt or a field the shaking can get pretty bad. I notice this mostly happens on smal...

Re: [FS19] Are plowing and growing certain crops a waste of time?

It doesn't act like fertilizer no did that mod in 17 that allowed straw to be spread and cultivated in as fertilizer come to 19? I can't remember the name, the pc I used then could barely handle the base game and hated extra graphics like a layer of straw spread on the field. Actually sorry there w...

Re: GEO/Sugar cane and Cotton

Hi Guys, I have put a great deal of time playing a map that allows sugarcane when the Seasons Check Box is left unchecked. The moment you check the Season check box, both Sugarcane and cotton are unavailable. Very sad indeed. I got the Cotton DLC and love farming Sugarcane but am unable to enjoy th...

Re: Map for me??

yes I have found the FS17 versions of both Giants Island and Bjornholm to be something like you describe. Both fairly small fields and with some varying hills. Playing with MR on Giants Island especially, you need a lot of power to contend with many of the hills. I really enjoy both of these maps.

Re: Pre-spraying question?

Seasons allows pre-emptive spraying. but only after seeding That's what I've found, spray then plant weeds appear spray after planting zero weeds I guess it mirrors real life pre emergence spraying. Welllllllllllll I wish so much that mirrored real life....... As a real life farmer who routinely us...

No game editors that can tell me? admins?
You could try asking in the Modding section of this forum, or over at the GDN website (if that's even still active; I haven't looked in years).

Sorry I can't really help.

Re: campaign of france - cattle barn cleanliness

Well I'm stumped :confusednew: I tried again for the tenth time or so and this time there was spillage showing and it cleaned up just like expected and the cleanliness went to 100% just like it should. No idea what I was doing wrong or differently before, but now it works normally. This really is a ...

Are you using seasons and one of the simlified GEOs?
I am using Seasons with the built-in GEO. I do not have a separate GEO activated.

campaign of france - cattle barn cleanliness

I just love Blacksheep's Campaign of France map. It is wonderfully detailed and scenic and atmospheric, and a really super "small farm" experience. I have a few beef cows in the barn at the starting farmyard, and the cleanliness always reads 0%. I've tried cleaning the feeding area like I usually wo...

Re: REA Mod - Added Realism for vehicles

Mr was way too drastic for a lot of things, biggest tractor in fs17 couldn't pull a 5 metre plow without slowing to a crawl Hmmm I did not observe that extreme except on steep hills. On Westbridge, for instance, I pull the Lemken with a T8.290 and the big Salford with a T9.480 (all base game equipm...

Re: Hired worker problems

I was on Welker Farms yesterday, I could hire a worker to spray and plant but for the life of me I couldn’t hire a worker to cultivate. I tried several different cultivators and tractors. It seems really weird to me that cultivators were the only thing that I was having trouble with. Are you using ...

Re: REA Mod - Added Realism for vehicles

I agree this mod adds a lot. Just having the different wheel options behave differently re: traction and flotation is huge in my opinion. The base game is downright silly in the way that wheels don't matter. REA is reminiscent of MR from 17 - not as comprehensive, I don't believe, but captures some ...
