You should be able to find a savegameBackup folder somewhere on your Mac -- I'm not a Mac user so I don't know where that would be in Finder -- and that should contain the saveGame(s) just before you started the current save, the one that probably failed. There's a new update for the map and I can load it again. I spoke too soon - came back to the savegame and as the saveGame loads FS22 closes when the load reaches about 67% -- without leaving anything relevant in the log. Oh well. It’s a specific mod or handful of mods. I’ve had this issue a few times on certain maps after premium. Some mods that add things like the seed potato pack give issues.
